Product use
It is mainly used for high-grade sintering of cermet materials, composite ceramic materials, gradient functional materials and other materials. It is used for high-temperature heat treatment of carbon raw materials and other materials (pressed specimens, granular or powdered materials).
Technical characteristics
◆ When the AC power input inductor, an alternating electromagnetic field is formed in the inductor, and the magnetic flux of the alternating electromagnetic field passes through other zirconium boride composite ceramic heating elements or high-strength composite graphite materials, because electromagnetic induction produces a closed induced current in the zirconium boride composite ceramic heating element or high-strength composite graphite material, this current is called eddy current, the intensity of eddy current is proportional to the size of the induced potential, and inversely proportional to the reactance of the eddy current loop. Since the reactance of zirconium diboride composite ceramic heating element or high-strength composite graphite material is very small, the eddy current can reach a very high value, so a lot of heat is generated inside the zirconium diboride composite ceramic heating element or high-strength composite graphite material, and the temperature rises accordingly, and the temperature of the zirconium boride composite ceramic heating element or high-strength composite graphite heating body increases. Dizirconium boride composite ceramic heating element * high use temperature 2000 °C.
◆The maximum use temperature of high-strength composite graphite heating element is 2850 °C.
◆ Choose different heat insulation screens to realize use in oxidizing atmosphere and vacuum atmosphere.
◆You can choose 2000°C, 2500°C, 2800°C, 3000°C vacuum sintering furnace.
