Ultra-low temperature programmable constant temperature and humidity testing machine
1. Product profile:
The series of constant temperature and humidity test machine, mainly used to simulate the electronic instruments, new materials, electrical products, vehicles, metals, electronic products, aerospace materials in transportation, storage, use process may encounter severe high temperature, low temperature or hot environment; or high temperature, low temperature, heat alternating environment, test materials, accessories or equipment resistance to high temperature, cold, heat and possible damage life reduction.
2. Product features:
(I). Box structure:
1、Inner box material: SUS304#(1.2mm thick) stainless steel plate, with the advantages of acid resistance, corrosion resistance, easy cleaning.
2、Outer box material: cold-rolled steel plate paint treatment, 1.2mm thick.
3、Door handle: use no reaction, explosion-proof door handle, easy to operate, safe and reliable.
4、Thermal insulation system: ultrafine glass fiber is used to fill the insulation area, and the boxes are connected with non-metal high and low temperature materials; the door is sealed with refined silicone rubber, thus there is no aging and hardening under high and low temperature, and the sealing is more reliable; the humidification method is isolated humidification.
5、Movement and positioning device: a high-quality fixed PU moving wheel is installed at the bottom of the machine, which can easily move the machine to the specified position, and then the caster is fixed.
6、Sample rack: SUS304 # stainless steel punching hole is bent into a mesh, easy to use, the spacing between the material rack can be adjusted, the standard configuration of two pieces, the sample is evenly distributed according to the load of 50kg.
7、Test hole: open the Φ 50mm test hole, and attach the corresponding thermal insulation accessories and special sealing soft plug
8、Observation window: use double-layer vacuum reinforced glass, inner adhesive sheet conductive film heating and defrost, clearly observe the test process.
(II) Freezing system:
1、Freezing unit using Japan electric compressor, Japan electric production is the global sealed refrigeration compressor (refrigeration system) at the core of the market leaders, has relatively high recognition in the market, and use the dupont environmental protection refrigerant (R404 a), using binary low temperature loop system design, facilitate different temperature domain with different compressor work, in order to increase the equipment.
2、Temperature and humidity control adopts P.I.D + S.S.R system and channel coordination control, has the function of automatic calculation, can correct the temperature and humidity change conditions immediately, to make the temperature and humidity control more accurate and stable.
3、The temperature and humidity are high precision controller, the relative temperature and humidity performance accurate setting display, the resolution reaches 0.1℃
(III) Heating and humidification system:
1、Heating using nickel-chromium alloy high-speed heating electric heating wire;
2、High temperature completely independent system;
3、Humidity using stainless steel pipe built-in nickel-chromium alloy high speed heating electric wire and high temperature magnesium oxide powder, long reaction life.
4、The heating and humidification system are completely independent, and the humidity has an automatic water replenishment device.
