Product Features

◆Nitride electric heating furnace is mainly composed of furnace body, insulation material, heating element, automatic control, system, glue drainage and exhaust gas recovery system, trolley system, track system, cooling system, thermocouple, vacuum system, etc.

◆The heating system can be heated by silicon molybdenum rod and zirconium diboride composite ceramic heating element.

◆ You can design a furnace body, multiple material trolleys, or you can design a control system and control two furnace bodies.

◆* High temperature 1500 °C, use temperature 1450 °C, it takes 6 hours to rise from room temperature to 1450 °C, from 1450 °C to 400 °C less than 60 hours.

◆ The cooling system is mainly used for rapid cooling and improving production.

◆The product sintering is completed under micro-positive pressure, first vacuum, rise to above 400 °C, rush nitrogen into the furnace, open the outlet valve at 800 °C to discharge waste gas and impurities, the temperature rises to 1450 °C for heat preservation, and cools down after the end of insulation.
