　It is mainly used for normalizing, quenching, annealing and other heat treatment of various metal materials, various abrasives and tool materials under oxidation conditions, air environment, or atmosphere conditions; Sintering non-metallic materials, refractory materials, ceramic material products.

Technical Features

◆The use of ceramic fiber material as the lining of the electric furnace has the characteristics of low thermal conductivity, light weight, good heat gathering effect, fast heating speed, low energy consumption of empty furnace and energy saving of 50%. On three or four sides, the uniformity of the furnace is good, the objects in the furnace are heated evenly, and the firing rate is high.

◆Control performance: programmable to meet the requirements of 30-50 continuous temperature control and constant temperature, PID self-tuning function, manual/automatic non-interference switching function, with temperature compensation, overtemperature alarm function. Temperature loggers can be selected, real-time temperature rise curves and historical data can be recorded.

◆Choose different heating elements to meet different temperatures 1000°C, 1200°C, 1300°C, 1400°C, 1600°C, 1700°C, 1800°C, etc.

◆ It can use translational furnace door, electric lifting furnace door, and double opening furnace door for users to choose.

◆It can meet various functions such as windows, chimneys, increased furnace floor plates, sintering fixtures, etc.

◆You can choose the sintering heating form of chamber furnace, trolley furnace, annealing furnace, push plate furnace and mesh belt furnace.
