2. When the design load is 1~30MW and 30MW, the radiation-convection type cylindrical furnace should be preferred. The design load is large, and it is necessary to select a cylindrical furnace, a box furnace, a vertical furnace or other furnace types with a row of pipes in the middle of the furnace through technical and economic comparison.
3. If the heated medium is heavy, has a high gasification rate, is easy to coke or has special process requirements, you should choose a horizontal tube vertical furnace. If the heated medium is easy to drag and precipitate crystals, or contains solid substances, you should choose Spiral tube cylinder furnace.
