1. The power supply voltage should be consistent with the voltage specified by the electric furnace itself.
2. When the electric furnace is used, it can not be placed on the table with poor heat resistance.
3. When the box-type resistance furnace is used again after the initial use or long-term disuse, it must be dried by an oven, and the oven time is: oven at room temperature -200℃ for 1 hour; 200℃-500℃ oven 2 hours; 500℃-800℃ oven for 3 hours; 800℃-1200℃ oven for 2 hours.
4. When the high-temperature box-type resistance furnace is used, in order to reduce heat loss, the gap between the thermocouple and the coupling hole and the installation hole at both ends of the silicon carbon rod should be filled with asbestos rope or asbestos fiber.
5. The amount of furnace loading should not be too large, and the temperature reduction should not be greater than 50℃.
6. Do not exert too much force when loading the furnace, so as not to damage the bottom of the furnace.
7. After the temperature rises to 400℃, it can not be heated too fast, so as not to affect the measurement results and the life of the electric furnace.
8. Periodically check whether terminals are in good contact.
9. Do not exceed the rated power when used, and do not work at rated temperature for a long time.
10. It is forbidden to put the wet workpiece into the furnace, and the heated workpiece containing too much water should be dried in advance.
11. Keep the furnace clean, and remove the metal oxides, slag and impurities in the furnace in time.
12. After the equipment is used, take out the sample from the furnace in time, exit the heating and turn off the power supply.
13. When the box-type resistance furnace is used, the furnace temperature shall not exceed the maximum furnace temperature, and do not work above the rated temperature for a long time.
14. The working environmental conditions of the box-type resistance furnace are: temperature 0 ~ 50℃, relative humidity <80%, no conductive dust, no flammable and explosive materials and corrosive gases.
15. When the box-type resistance furnace is used, the furnace door should be opened and closed gently to prevent damage to the parts.
16. When taking and placing samples in the box-type resistance furnace, the power supply should be turned off first and handled gently to ensure safety and avoid damage to the furnace.
