The 1300°C high-temperature lift furnace is a bottom-lift type high-temperature heating furnace. 

The 1300°C high-temperature lift furnace is heated by silicon carbide rods. The heating temperature can reach 1300°C. The furnace shell adopts a double-layer air-cooled structure, and the surface temperature of the furnace shell is close to room temperature.

The temperature control system adopts industrial precision 0.2-level multi-segment programmable intelligent temperature control instrument, PID adjustment, and high degree of automation. The mechanical hydraulic lifting material table has a large amount of installation and high production efficiency. 

The loading and unloading method adopts the bottom loading method, which is convenient for loading and unloading materials. Suitable for heat treatment of small and medium-sized products and sintering of other materials.

The 1300°C high temperature lifting furnace is usually composed of furnace body, power supply, temperature control system, lifting system and other parts. Among them, the furnace body is made of thickened steel, and has good heat insulation performance, high temperature resistance and bearing capacity; the furnace lining material has low heat storage, heat preservation and energy saving materials, fast heating rate, and small overall product weight.

working principle:

The 1300°C high-temperature lifting furnace adopts electric heating, that is, the purpose of heating is achieved by converting electrical energy into heat energy. During the heating process, the temperature control system will monitor the temperature in the furnace, and automatically adjust the output power of the power supply according to the preset heating curve, so that the temperature changes required in the experiment or production process meet the requirements.
