二、Equipment safety precautions

1. The power supply voltage is 220V AC, power: 5KW.

2. Make sure the power cord, plug, and switch capacity match the power of the device.

3. The power supply line and the terminal post must be connected to prevent heating.

4. The furnace door is easy to break after impact, and the furnace door should be carefully opened and closed during operation, and the burning material should be handled gently to prevent collision with the furnace door.

5. When burning at high temperature, after the furnace door is opened, take out the burning items and close the furnace door immediately, try to avoid opening the furnace door for a long time at high temperature, and prevent the furnace from breaking due to high temperature quenching.

6. The first time to use or more than 15 days of use, the climate is relatively humid, should be used again. Later 2.4 will explain how to bake.

7. The parameter lock LOC=0 in the control parameters prohibits the user from modifying, otherwise it may cause the instrument control program to be disordered. 1. We call this improved PID algorithm the APID algorithm. When in use, the autotuning function can be activated to assist in determining control parameters such as PID.

2. In use, record the control parameters (P, I, D) to prevent accidental loss of operation and affect the control accuracy.

3. The control parameters of the working temperature of the empty furnace are input in the instrument at the factory, which is generally suitable for 700°C to 1000°C. In use, the control effect is not ideal, you can refer to the method introduced in 3.4.3 for self-tuning, the control effect may not be optimal at the end of self-tuning, because of the learning function, so the best effect can be obtained after a period of use.

四、Oven

1. If the stove has not been used for 15 to 30 days, when using it again: 200°C constant temperature for 2 hours; 400°C constant temperature for 2 hours; 600°C constant temperature for 2 hours; Constant temperature at 800°C for 2 hours.

2. Problems that need attention: from the beginning of heating to the temperature below 400 °C, open the furnace door a small slit after every 10 minutes of heating to facilitate the escape of water vapor; Close the furnace door after 2 minutes, continue heating for 10 minutes, and then open a small slit until 400°C.
