Furnace installation skills of high temperature resistance furnace:

1.Before driving, check that the track has obstacles, wire ropes, winches, rollers, and small trolleys * must be intact, and oil and lubrication should be added according to regulations.  

2. The driver must obey the command of the furnace operator and cooperate closely. To place the scrap material at the bottom of the furnace, use a steel ruler to insert three points (both ends and the middle), check according to the specified size, and the scrap material at the four corners of the stove head should be fully stepped on to prevent flowing salt from burning the wall.  

3. The position of the furnace core should be determined accurately, the reaction box* must be hung vertically, the height is moderate, the placement is correct, the distance between the two rows of boxes is kept equidistant, and the width and size of the furnace core are accurate. The gap between the four corners of the reaction box and the end wall is filled with paper.  

4. When lifting the reaction box, the crane should be instructed to put the correct position and lift it vertically. It is necessary to wait for the box ** to be dialed out before the big car can be lifted away. It is strictly forbidden to lift the reaction box during operation. When placing the reaction chamber, place it in order. The furnace loader should put the removed four-chain hook in the box to avoid hanging the outer edge when hooking to make the box move position or the box bump the operator.  

5. After each charge, the hopper closure should be closed tightly. After the charge is loaded, the waste material or graphite sprinkled on the end wall tie rod should be cleaned up, the hoist trolley is parked in the safe position, the top shaft is pressed, covered with a cover, and the furnace number and furnace abnormality are filled in the process card, and the carrier group is transferred with the furnace.
