If the existing rod is white and some dark red during use, it means that the resistance of each rod changes differently, and it is necessary to replace it with a rod with a similar resistance value and then reuse.
Silicon carbon rod is a recrystallization product of silicon carbide, alkali, alkali metal, sulfuric acid and boron compounds at high temperature can corrode it, water vapor has a strong oxidation effect on it: hydrogen and gas containing a large amount of hydrogen will decompose silicon carbon rod at high temperature, and strict attention must be paid to the use.
