Check that the monitor cable is in good contact. Open the controller housing and check whether the display cable between the display screen and the control board is aging or poor contact. Sometimes a re-insertion of the connector at both ends of the display cable can restore normality.
Display cable problem or display problem. Replace with the manufacturer. No display (black screen).
Detect whether there is a short circuit inside the controller. Disconnect the serial port connection cable on the back side of the controller, and use the instrument to test whether there is a short circuit between the 6th and 9th pins of the serial port, and make sure that there is no short circuit phenomenon inside (that is, there is no short circuit between the 6th and 9th pins of the serial port on the back of the controller).
Detect whether the switching power supply has a DC 5V output. Disconnect the serial port connection cable on the back of the controller, turn on the power supply, and use the instrument to test whether the switching power supply has DC 5V output, or visually check whether the indicator next to the switching power supply is lit. To make sure the switching power supply output voltage is normal.
Check whether the power supply line of the controller is broken (meter test).
Check the controller internal connectors for detachment or looseness.
Comprehensive fault of the circuit, eliminate or replace it with the manufacturer.
