(2) Check whether the thermocouple sensor itself is open. (Instrument test available, such as multimeter)
(3) Check whether the connectors, terminals, adapters, etc. between the thermocouple end leads and the circuit board are open or open. Sometimes it can be restored to normal once re-inserted, which is due to the installation process or a layer of oxidation caused by the terminal being at a high temperature for a long time.
(4) Caused by strong interference signals, this situation is rare.
2, thermocouple reverse:
Turn off the power supply, open the rear cover of the Muffle furnace, and check whether the polarity of the end of the thermocouple is consistent with the polarity of the controller thermocouple input port after the line connection. (Visual and instrument testing methods are available)
3. Communication interruption:
Check whether the circuit interface outside the controller is off or in poor contact (such as the nine-pin serial port, aviation plug, etc.), to ensure that the connection is reliable and good contact.
4, touch function is invalid:
(1) Check whether the display line is in good contact. Open the controller enclosure and check whether the display cable between the display and the control board is aging or in poor contact. Sometimes the interface at both ends of the display bar can be restored by re-inserting and removing it once.
(2) Display wiring problems or display problems. Replace with manufacturer.
