The equipment of the vacuum sintering furnace includes: furnace body assembly, insulation jacket, graphite heating element, current collector, vacuum system, water cooling system, transformer, electronic control system and inflatable and other auxiliary equipment.
1. Furnace body assembly: The furnace body adopts a circular top-opening structure, and the furnace body material is made of inner and outer stainless steel (304) structure. The furnace cover is equipped with inspection; the side of the furnace body is equipped with interfaces such as vacuum pipes, inflation valves, exhaust valves, power inlet flanges, etc., and there are flange interfaces for installation at the bottom of the furnace body. The temperature measurement uses a tungsten-rhenium thermocouple as the temperature measurement thermocouple. The thermocouple is pushed through the cylinder. When the temperature is lower than 1000C, the tungsten-rhenium thermocouple is used to measure the temperature. When the temperature is higher than 1000C, the cylinder exits and the infrared temperature measurement displays the temperature.
2. Graphite heating element: The side of the insulation sleeve is surrounded by three layers of graphite carbon felt to form a cylinder. There are two layers of aluminum silicate fiber felt outside the carbon felt, and a stainless steel shell outside. The bottom surface is composed of multi-layer graphite carbon felt, and the graphite plate is used as a support on the carbon felt. The whole is placed in the furnace cavity to complete the heat preservation function.
The graphite heating element is placed in the insulation layer. It is composed of 12 graphite rods on the right through upper and lower graphite rings. Three-phase electricity is introduced under the graphite rods through three graphite wires. Graphite is heated through low voltage and high current.
3. Current collecting device: The current collecting device consists of a flange plate, a power inlet copper pipe, a copper bar and ancillary parts. Its main function is to connect the transformer and the graphite heating element together to complete the supply of electricity and water.
4. Vacuum system: The vacuum system consists of KT-400 diffusion pump, 2X-70 rotary vane pump and corresponding vacuum valves and pipelines. It mainly meets the vacuum requirements required by the furnace cavity. Each section of the pipeline is equipped with important leak detection interfaces.
5. Water cooling system: The water cooling system consists of water drainage, various water channels, valves, pressure gauges, etc.
6. Electronic control system: Control mode: It has automatic and manual control functions. Automatic temperature control instrument can set multiple temperature rising and cooling curves.
