Reasons why the laboratory resistance furnace heats up slowly:
1. The power supply voltage is normal and the controller works normally: Some heating wires on the electric furnace may be broken. You can check with a multimeter and replace them with electric furnace wires of the same specification.
2. The power supply voltage is normal, but the working voltage of the electric furnace is low. The reason is that the voltage drop of the power supply line is too large or the socket and control switch have poor contact. They can be adjusted and replaced.
3. The power supply voltage is lower than the normal voltage, and the heating power is insufficient when the electric furnace is working. The three-phase power supply is missing a phase and can be adjusted and repaired.
What are the reasons for abnormal temperature of resistance furnace:
1. The thermocouple was not inserted into the furnace, causing the furnace temperature to be out of control.
2. The graduation number of the thermocouple is inconsistent with that of the temperature control instrument, which will cause the furnace temperature to be inconsistent with the temperature displayed by the temperature control instrument.
Troubleshooting of resistance furnace does not heat up
1. The power supply voltage is normal, the controller works normally, and the ammeter has no display. A common fault is an open circuit of the electric furnace wire. You can check it with a multimeter and replace it with an electric furnace wire of the same specification.
2. If the power supply voltage is normal and the controller cannot work, the switches, fuses and the travel switch of the furnace door inside the controller can be inspected. If the furnace door of the electric furnace is not closed and the controller cannot work, please refer to the controller manual for troubleshooting methods of the controller.
3. Power supply failure: It works normally when the electric furnace is not connected, but does not work normally when the electric furnace is connected. The controller emits a continuous clicking sound. The reason is that the voltage drop of the power supply line is too large or the socket and control switch are not in good contact. You can Adjust or replace.
